By incorporating immune cell and immunoglobulin dynamics into a nomogram, we introduced a novel approach that outperforms traditional scoring systems.

This innovative perspective highlights the importance of continuous immune monitoring to better understand sepsis and ARDS progression.

In the future, this could enable early identification of high-risk patients and support personalized therapeutic strategies to improve outcomes in critically ill sepsis patients.
