Texas toddler that died while under anesthesia didn't need dental procedure, attorney says

The mother of 14-month-old Daisy Lynn Torres has been wrought with grief since her baby girl died while under anesthesia during a dental procedure. The toddler had her baby teeth when her mom took her to Austin Children’s Dentistry to fill two cavities in March.
